Once the owner confirms each point, the terms should cover:
- Who operates the site, and which legal entity the terms bind.
- What a visitor may and may not do with the site and its content.
- Who owns the content, and under which conditions it may be reused.
- What the site does and does not promise, including any disclaimer of warranty and limit of liability the owner wants stated.
- How links to and from third-party sites are treated.
- Which law governs the terms, and where disputes are settled.
- How the terms can change, and how visitors are told.
- How to reach the operator with questions.
When the final text is in place, set the last updated date and untick Draft in the admin.
